Program Objectives
- Develop technically proficient and tactically aware players.
- Compete at District levels in TOSL
- Provide a structured pathway for players aspiring to reach collegiate, provincial, or professional levels.

Coaching & Support
- Ontario Soccer-licensed head coaches
- Assistant coaches and team managers per squad
- Access to specialized trainers (goalkeeping, conditioning, etc.)
- Video analysis and stat tracking at older age levels (U14+)
📝 Commitment & Expectations
- Attendance at all practices, games, and team meetings is mandatory.
- Travel to away games and tournaments (may include overnight stays).
- Players and parents sign a Code of Conduct Agreement.
